How does payment work?

We work with Square in order to make paying with your credit card online simple and easy. We accept all major credit cards.

What if I cancel my event or postponements?

Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of circumstance. Balance payments are due within 3 business days of your event date, or remain subject to late fees. Should an emergency situation occur, your balance will be credited up to 1 year from the event date, given a minimum of 1 week notice. Should there be a change of date or postponement there will be an additional 20% of the total invoice or $150 fee applied.

Do you supply other services, such as catering?

We frequently work with professional chefs and caterering companies—we'd be happy to make a referral.

What if I decide after my event has already started that the staff needs to stay later than the originally agreed upon time?

No problem! Contact us during the event so we can communicate the change to the staff. We'll follow up with an additonal invoice or charge directly, once your card is saved on file with Square.
